That was the purpose for starting CrackerJack WordSmiths in Singapore in the 1990s.
With a long and solid experience of over 11 years, ranging from a junior writer to a team lead, eventually graduating into a documentation manager, I am your one-stop-shop for all your documentation and related training needs.
My expertise include all aspects of Document Development Life Cycle (DDLC) - everything from planning, analysis and design of your documents to development, QA and implementation of help systems on various media in a high-tech (software) environment. Having worked in Europe (Austria, Germany), Australia, India, Singapore and the United States, am absolutely at ease with the "global culture" and can communicate effectively with people from all walks of life.
I love to travel, be on my laptop, play chess, badmintton, table tennis and watch cricket.
A global citizen, am a permanent resident of Singapore and Canada.
